Chelsea's lifelong dream was to open a space that supports the inclusive values and future of the salon industry. Her work is inspired by her love of art, nature, and the vibrant people around her.

LT Peña
stylist, Redheads, Vivids and Razor Cut connoisseur.
Meet LT, hairstylist passionate about guiding their clients to learn about and love their hair . They have been in the industry for 20+ years, and is the one who brings sass and cutting education to the salon.
LT believes in a safe space to be as creative as you want:
● To have the hair you want not to have the hair society thinks you should have.
Her Specialties Include:
● Red Heads: Be as striking or natural as you want. Let’s bring out that skin tone!
● Blonding: Bright or lived in. My favorite part is meticulously placing those foils.
● Razor Cutting: Soft or bold, long or short razors used the correct way can make a beautiful difference!
TRAINED IN
New York with Bumble and bumble and San Francisco with Vidal Sassoon for education and cutting specialties. Both precision and organic cutting techniques to give you styles to wear natural and styled.
When LT is not behind the chair you can find them trying out any hobby (as long as they are perfect at it first go) singing (mid) karaoke with their fiancé Gery or rotting on the couch with their pups Jonny Utah and Ramona Rickettes.
Favorite color: Olive green, mustard yellow and blush pink.

Favorite book: Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs by Chuck Klosterman, and anything cheesy fantasy related (ask me about my list if you dare :) )
Favorite animals: DOGS PLEASE LET ME PET YOUR DOG. Also elephants, sharks and domesticated snakes.
Quirks: I can remember just about any ad libs in any pop or rnb song made in the late 90’s early 2000’s. Also I can recite the entire script from The Little Mermaid animated movie.

DAWN HAS honed HER CRAFT AS A MASTER stylist AND COLORIST. a Florida native, dawn brings warmth, creativity, and connection to every client insuring everyone leaves feeling confident and effortlessly elevated. SHE HAS A KEEN EYE FOR modern COLOR PLACEMENT. SHE IS SKILLED IN FRENCH BALAYAGE/BLONDING.

Meet dana, they have been studying the art of hair for 14 years. They have an eye that can’t help but bring hair into everyday life. From formulating the autumn leaves or the colors of the sun setting, and bringing that vision to life in the salon chair.
Your hair is the only accessory you can’t take off, so we’ll find what works best for your features, lifestyle, and desires.

As the Co-owner of Fior, Heather has been perfecting her craft alongside Chelsea Levaughn for over 13 years, with nearly two decades in the industry since 2004.
Consider her your go-to expert for transformative, sustainable hair. Heather is a genuine "hair color nerd," specializing in creating effortless looks that last.

Wayne lives for a great shag or bob, loves transforming hair for special events, and finds constant inspiration from his co workers at Fior ........ and Madonna, his forever muse!

Meet Alexia, stylist for 11 years, she’s super passionate about sustainable beauty, eco-conscious color, and products. She loves to travel nationally for education focusing on the latest lived in color trends and cutting techniques. She’s even traveled to Italy and Iceland to learn more about what the industry is currently doing to maintain sustainable efforts in the hair industry.

Alexia always wants you to feel like you’re listened to, she really cares deeply about maintaining the integrity of your hair to safely achieve your hair goals while also building a meaningful connection with you.
Graduated from Aveda in 2014. Trained in Aveda, Davines, Areté, Wella, Redken, L’Oreal, Oribe, Kérastase, R&Co Bleu, and Shu Uemura. Have taken Classes with leading artists like Taya, Braggn Beauty, Nmhvir, Dom Dom, Mane Ivy, Daniel M Beauty and more.
When Alexia is not behind the chair she is either at the pottery studio, doing Pilates, reading, photographing something, wishing she was at a museum, or planning her next trip.
