We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other guests on our waitlist. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required when booking online. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service value.
